UK MAINLAND ORDERS 

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday (Excludes Bank Hols).
  • We aim to ship your order the next business day.
  • Excludes Customs/Personalised - All Customs/Personalised Orders 5 Day Lead Time

Weekend Orders:

  • Orders placed Friday to Sunday (Excludes Bank Hols) will be shipped on the earliest business day.
  • Contact orders@starcutouts.com for weekend delivery.

Shipping Information:

  • We use door-to-door couriers.
  • Free Shipping (UK Mainland Only):
    • Spend £39.99 or more.
    • All other orders: £3.50 to £8.
    • Non-UK Mainland, Scotland, or Remote Areas: Up to £33.
    • We'll contact you if an incorrect shipping rate is selected at checkout.

Tracking Information:

  • We'll always ship your order as soon as possible and provide tracking information.

Opening Hours:

  • Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm (Excludes Bank Hols).
To avoid disappointment due to unforeseen circumstances with couriers please allow 3 business days delivery.

EU ORDERS

Shipping Rates:

    • We can only Ship to the EU if you have an EORI number

    USA AND REST OF THE WORLD

    Minimum Shipping Cost:

    • £80 due to the size of items (covers up to two lifesize cutouts).

    International Shipping:

    • Worldwide shipping.
    • Orders team will contact you with a quote.
    • Allow 5 - 12 days for delivery.

    • Couriers do not guarantee next day delivery due to force majeure.

    • EORI number required for EU exports.
    • All deliveries sent INCOTERMS DDP.
